Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return: - The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. - All hardware must be returned in its original packaging, including any outer sleeve containing the product serial number. We cannot accept hardware without this packaging. - Free gifts or samples included with your order are yours to keep and do not need to be returned. To request a return, please email us at hello@habibivape.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your items back. Please ensure they are well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used: - Opened e-liquids - Tanks, atomisers, or pods that have been filled, used, or unsealed - Vape kits that have been filled with liquid or used - Drip tips (mouthpieces) - Opened coils or pods
If you experience issues with a product, please contact us at hello@habibivape.com. Keep the original packaging containing the product batch information, as this helps us investigate the issue with the manufacturer.
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to place a new order for the product you need and then return the unused item for a refund. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, and assuming it meets our returns criteria, we will issue a refund for the product value (excluding any original postage charges). Refunds are made back to the original payment method (Viva Wallet / Klarna). Please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days after we have confirmed its approval: 1. Please contact us at hello@habibivape.com to confirm we have received your returned items. 2. If confirmed, contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund after this, please get in touch and we will assist further.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
