Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Products, Payments & Availability

Habibi Vape sells e-liquids, vape kits, coils, pods, and accessories. Products are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. We reserve the right to change prices, update descriptions, or discontinue items without notice. Payments: - The default payment method for purchases is Viva Wallet (via viva.com). - We also offer Klarna as an alternative payment method (see Section 6).

Returns, Substitutions & Refunds

Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy. If a product is unavailable, you may be offered: 1. A suitable substitute chosen by us 2. A substitute product of your choice 3. A refund for the unavailable item 4. A cancellation and full refund of your order If we do not hear back by the deadline stated in our email, we may substitute items to ensure timely delivery.

Optional Payment Methods (Klarna)

We offer Klarna as a payment option to eligible customers. By selecting Klarna, you agree to Klarna’s terms in addition to ours. Please note: - Klarna is a separate payment provider. All disputes must be resolved directly with Klarna. - Klarna is only available to customers aged 18+. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours/images may vary by device. Orders may be limited or cancelled if we believe they are fraudulent, high-risk, or placed by resellers. You must keep your billing and account details accurate and up to date.
