Delivery Locations

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with non-UK delivery addresses will unfortunately be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Royal Mail 48 Tracked

• Standard delivery option for all orders.
• Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days from dispatch.
• Fully tracked service with delivery updates.

Evri Next Day

• Available for orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed before the cut-off will be shipped the same day for next working day delivery.
• Fully tracked service with delivery notifications.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Times

• Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–3 working days.
• Evri Next Day: Next working day (if ordered before 1:00 PM).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control (e.g., postal delays, strikes, seasonal demand).

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can follow your parcel’s journey directly with Royal Mail or Evri.

Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. Age verification may be required upon delivery for vape-related products, in compliance with UK law.
